Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are in USD.

Booking Confirmation: Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all booking details and our concierge contact information.

Check-In: 4:00 PM (local time)

Check-Out: 11:00 AM (local time)

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

A refundable security deposit is collected prior to or at check-in. The deposit amount varies by property (typically $500-$1,000 USD).

The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, pending property inspection. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be deducted from this deposit.

More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus a $100 processing fee.

15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund. Credit may be applied to a future stay within 12 months (subject to availability).

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Our villas are located in residential areas with neighbors nearby. While we’re celebration-friendly, we ask that guests:

• Lower outdoor music volume after 10:00 PM
• Keep pool areas reasonably quiet after 11:00 PM
• Be mindful of neighbors throughout your stay

Indoor celebrations can continue at reasonable levels. Repeated noise complaints may result in early termination of your stay.
