What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and fees).
Is there a noise policy?
Villa Fuego is party-friendly! Outdoor music should be lowered after 10 PM to respect neighbors. Indoor celebrations can continue. We recommend booking the bartender to keep things classy.
What's included in the nightly rate?
Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire villa, daily housekeeping, pool maintenance, WiFi, and 24/7 concierge support. Chef, bartender, and experiences are add-ons.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit of $500 USD. It’s returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage is found.
