Policies and important information for your stay.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and fees).
Is there a noise policy?
Villa Eureka is in a quiet residential building. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties, events and loud music are not allowed at any time. For celebrations, ask our concierge about Villa Fuego.
What's included in the nightly rate?
Your booking includes exclusive use of the residence, daily housekeeping, laundry, WiFi, access to the building pool, gym and rooftop hot tub, and 24/7 concierge support. Chef, groceries, transportation and experiences are add-ons.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit of $500 USD. It’s returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage is found.
Can we book a private chef?
Yes. Our private chef can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in the villa, from a welcome dinner of fajitas and fresh guacamole to a full tasting menu. Contact our concierge for the menu and pricing.
